MRI Service Plans

____________

Full Service (Parts, Labor, and Helium)

Maximum protection for MRI systems with minimal risk to customers. This comprehensive coverage provides maximum MRI system availability, predictable fixed costs, and our fastest response times.

Labor Only Coverage

With moderate risk for MRI customers, maintenance and hard-down service is completed during preset business hours. Parts and helium are not included but are available at discounted rates. Typical onsite response time is 4-24 hours, according to Contract terms.

Time & Material Service

Non-contract service is available, however, this carries high risk to MRI customers and often results in extended system downtime and high, unplanned maintenance expenses. Typical onsite response time for off-contract sites is 48-72 hours.

Helium Transfill Service

Liquid Helium is becoming increasingly scarce. MRI facilities should have a contract that ensures supply is available to meet their needs. Facilities that operate outside of a maintenance agreement with and OEM or ISP are never guaranteed supply when its needed. Click for details.
